Live-In Care

We understand the importance of wanting to remain in the comfort of your own home. Live-In care is a welcomed, alternative choice to a residential care home or nursing home. You can continue to live independently in your home with the support of a friendly and experienced carer.

Our Live-In carers can assist with household chores, meal preparation, personal care, companionship and social activities, allowing you to remain independent, whilst feeling fully supported.

Great care is taken in providing the most appropriate carer to meet your needs. Our commitment is finding the right person to support you because “Home is where our heart is’.

Care At Home

At Availl, matching the right carer to each client is a key part of how we deliver quality, consistent support.

We understand that feeling secure, heard, and respected leads to better outcomes and a more comfortable experience. It’s how we build trust through continuity, care, and familiar support. We provide care to suit all needs, from just a few hours of support per week to help in all aspects of everyday living, including washing, dressing, cooking and companionship. Our overall aim is for every Availl client to live happily in their own home whilst maintaining their independence as much as possible.

Our wide range of services include daytime sit-in, awake night and sleep-in, assistance with medications, assistance with attending appointments, convalescent and respite care, dementia and Alzheimer’s care.

Social Care

Availl has an experienced team of support workers who work with clients with varying disabilities. We understand that each client is an individual, so not only do we get to understand their support needs but also their aspirations, hobbies, likes and dislikes. Ultimately, this means each client is treated individually and makes us better at what we do!

We aim to create an environment promoting independent living. Most importantly we will support our clients to progress and experience the feeling of progression and achievement in everyday life.

Temporary Staffing For Care Homes

At Availl, we understand the pressures care homes face when staffing gaps arise—whether due to sickness, annual leave, or changes in resident needs. That’s why we provide dependable, flexible staffing support tailored to your service.

Our priority is to supply staff who not only meet regulatory standards but also fit seamlessly into your team. We carefully match each carer to the home’s routines, values, and care approach—so your residents receive consistent, attentive care from someone who understands their needs. We offer short-notice cover, planned support, and longer-term staffing solutions across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Whether you need a single shift filled or regular ongoing cover, our experienced coordination team is available 24/7 to respond quickly and efficiently.

Our staff are fully trained, DBS-checked, and supported with regular supervision to ensure they deliver safe, compassionate care in every setting. We’re proud to support care homes with reliable staff who uphold high standards and genuinely enjoy what they do.

We move fast—care can often be arranged the same day once we’ve completed a free home assessment.

What happens during the initial assessment?

Our Registered Manager visits your home, listens to your needs, and builds a care plan. You then receive a written quotation—no obligation, no pressure.

How do I choose the right care provider?

We encourage families to review CQC inspection reports and never rush a decision. Availl is happy to answer questions while you compare providers.

Are you regulated?

Yes. Availl is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Do you cover my area?

We proudly support clients across East Anglia including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk through our network of local branches. To check availability in your area, please contact your nearest branch using the details on our Contact Us page.

How is care funded?

You can pay privately, through Local Authority funding, or via a Direct Payment scheme. We’ll guide you through whichever route applies and invoice weekly where needed.

Absolutely. Services include medication assistance, daytime sit-ins, awake nights and sleep-ins, plus dementia and respite care.

Do you supply staff to care homes and hospitals?
